I was checking out what was going on in the Yankee Universe and Leslie dropped Ava off with me. I decided to read to her, next years starting line up, our rotation and a little about Torre's new book. I think she is a little young for baseball because she passed out once I started reading.
Either way, the hat will fit one of these days :)
A girl and her outfits... here is one of several "wardrobe changes" she has requested in her short time on earth. These little feet are just so much fun to play with.

We need to go back to the doctor for a follow up, we will get into that in a bit, so we wanted to give her a bath. Here we have the pre-bath cloth getting to her skin....
....and once again after we started in with the wash cloth. So the doctors office.... our little one had a little bit of Jaundice which is pretty common. The pediatricians don't like for this to go on for several days so they gave us this "tanning bed" for her to lay in for a couple of days. This is supposed to give her all of the UV lights that she needs in order to clear up her minor little problem.
Leslie and I have been calling her our little glow worm for good reason.
I don't really have a set up for this next picture.... it is what it is.
One last one before I sign off for the night....
This is Dr. Ridenhour, she brought our little girl into this world. She moved with precision and purpose during and after the delivery, her bed side manner is second to none!
If you are ever in the greater Columbia area and thinking about having a little one, I highly recommend you check out Dr. Ridenhour!
