Thanksgiving

This year we had Thanksgiving at our house. Ava made handprint turkey placecards for everyone. We had a wonderful Thanskgiving this year - so much to be thankful for!

Alex is really getting interested in real food. He really likes bananas and could eat an entire one in one sitting.

 Ava loves to surprise Alex when he is in the high chair. She is just so dang sweet with him.

Ava and I made cookies tonight. She wanted to show cookie monster the cookies in the oven.

Christmas Card Pictures - FAIL

So I decided to dress the kids up, take them outside and play in the leaves and hopefully try to get a good picture for our Christmas cards. Over 100 pictures later, I couldn't get a good one of both of them looking at me or without Ava's finger in her nose. I did get lots of cute pictures though...

I love this picture - look in Pete's back pocket. It's Ava's pink fairy wand. She wouldn't leave the house without it.

Alex kept standing up and turning around to look at himself in front of the window. Interestingly, it was the window of the candy store. Which ran out of candy for Trick-or-treating. Really? How does that happen?
